Ninja Blade Activation Serial Number 24

My ninja 900 W steel blades do not rotate. It seems like they are locked up, even when I manually try to spin the blades by spinning the 7 fans underneath. I have tried vegetable oil to try and lubricate but not successful. Any ideas
